Can I return my item?

All sales are final unless the item received is not as described within the listing and is reported within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are not currently offered for:

  • Fit issues- unless approved by seller prior to purchase (please email us for seller approval)
  • Delayed delivery
  • Changing your mind about the items

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is not as described in the listing
  • The wrong item was sent

Please email us your return request at shop@studiomariee.com. We request buyers provide details of the item and upload photos of the current condition. Please note, if an item is washed or altered the return will be rejected. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer a full refund of the item, shipping is not included in that refund. Please note, items not confirmed within 3 days of delivery will be auto-confirmed and will not qualify for a return. If you are approved for a return, you have 3 business days to ship the item back to the seller. If the label is not scanned within those 3 days and you do not communicate an extension with us we will have to cancel the return. 

If for whatever reason you do not like your purchase or it doesn't fit please email us within 7 days and we will wave the seller's fee for you to relist it! 

Special Cases

We appreciate the significance of trying on dresses before making a purchase. In case you encounter fitting issues and wish to return the dress, we are happy to assist you in coordinating with the seller to determine if they accept returns. Please get this approval prior to purchase. However, please note that in such cases, the buyer is responsible for covering a $15 restocking fee. Special case returns are held to the same 3-day return window as stated above. If you are interested in a particular item and would like to explore this option, kindly email us at shop@studiomariee.com for approval before making a purchase.

 

 

Please note Studio Mariée is a second-hand marketplace that facilitates the connection between the buyer and the seller. Because of this we do not see or touch any inventory and are unable to offer refunds on shipping.
